    • Data Privacy / DPDP Act erasure or correction request;
    • Intellectual Property / Copyright or Trademark infringement;
    • Misleading, inaccurate, or expired deal/coupon listing;
    • Platform abuse or security vulnerability report.
  3. Exact URL / Link: The specific webpage link(s) on TopDeals India where the disputed material is located.
  4. Evidence / Substantiation: Relevant proof, trademark registration certificate (for IP claims), or detailed description of the discrepancy.
  5. Statement of Good Faith: A declaration that the information provided in the notice is accurate and made in good faith.

4. Statutory Resolution Timelines

We strictly adhere to the timelines mandated under Indian IT regulations:

Acknowledgment of grievance receipt with a unique Ticket ID sent to the complainant.

Step 23โ€“5 Days

Preliminary evaluation, internal review with editorial or engineering teams, and interim update.

Step 315 Calendar Days

Final decision, corrective action (such as takedown or data erasure), and formal closure communication.

5. Copyright, Trademark & Content Takedown Protocol

TopDeals India respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized agent) and believe that any content or image on TopDeals India infringes your intellectual property:

  • Send an expedited takedown notice to [email protected] and [email protected].
  • Upon receipt of a valid notice complying with Rule 3(1)(d) of the IT Rules 2021, we will disable access or remove the allegedly infringing material within 36 hours pending verification.

6. Escalation & Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC)

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, you have the legal right to appeal against such decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) established by the Central Government under Rule 3A of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, accessible via the official government portal at gac.gov.in within 30 days of receiving the Grievance Officer's order.
